My advice is just to stick with mouse and keyboard since thats what you will have to do anyways after shelling out $8 for a program that does not work. I have tried to reinstall the program, remake the.plst file that contains the preferences, and I have even emailed tech support three different times but received no reply. There is absolutely nothing I can do to fix this. Unfortunately when I try to make changes the program crashes. I initially set it up for play with l4d2 and after I tested out the initial settings I decided to go back into the program and tweak the mouse sensitivity some.
